2016 Year End Review

The New Year is swiftly approaching us and I must say 2016 has been a wild ride. First off, let me say that I am a proud member of the SNL Real Estate Team. We have had an awesome year and I'm looking forward to 2017.

So here's a little insight into my year. I feel like I was super mom this year. It was my daughter's first year on the competition team with her dance studio. The time spent at the studio for rehearsals and traveling to competitions was literally a part-time job. I will admit it made me more tired than ever but the end result was well worth it.

Aside from being a dance mom, my oldest son is in choir and theater and I have a 7 year-old. Yes you counted right, that's 3 children, 3 different schools, 3 different extracurricular activites. I have to drag the little one around with me since he has no extracurricular activities at this time, thank goodness. Now how on earth did I manage to work as a full-time realtor you may say? Well it's simple. It took discipline, time management, and working around my kids' school and rehearsal schedules and most importantly MY TEAM. By the way, I also own an income tax preparation business.

My team and I managed to close 17 transactions this year! It may not sound like a lot, but with the obstacles we all faced I think we did pretty darn good. I attribute our success to the fact that we care about our clients and you get 3 of us ( Sharon, La Toya(me), and Margarita)  plus an assistant for the price of one. So there is always someone working on our transactions. Now if that's not VIP treatment, then I don't know what is.

Another major milestone this year was the announcement of the retirement of the Prudential brand from the real estate industry. After many years, Prudential decided that they wanted to solely focus on the insurance and financial services side of their business. With that announcement, my Broker had to make a tough decision. It was either sign up with another large franchise or branch out independently.

Well today here we stand as Rich Cosner & Associates. We're still the same great broker and agents, same great service. We now have more resources than ever before that we can offer our clients to help them accomplish their goals. We're going into 2017 with our heads held high with an all new confidence in our brand. Whether you or someone you know needs to buy or sell we are here for you. We not only sell locally, but we sell globally in over 55 countries. Signing off for the last time this year.

Sincerely #ARealtorWhoCares
